It's been a very busy week. Correction: it's been a very busy fall!
This has always been our busiest time of year but for some reason it seems even moreso this year. Soccer, cross country, working overtime and still trying to go to the gym faithfully. It feels like a whirlwind somtimes. But, there are moments when no matter how busy one is, there are times where you have to just stop. And stop I did this week when I watched the Chilean miners' rescue.
I was so moved by the whole experience and I wasn't even there. It truly was a miracle how everything came together. Seeing the reactions of the family members, especially the children, brought me to tears every single time. How can you not be moved when what was once thought of possibly dead has come forth alive. It was as if not only Chile but the entire world said to them, "Lazarus. Come Forth!"
There aren't enough words to describe it. So I won't go on & on trying to make this post longer. Praise God that they are alive. Praise God that the workers got them out.
But most of all. God help the men and their families in this recovery process. God help them adjust. God help them.
Until next time,
RSPS Sunny
